Our sausages are all made in-house with local ingredients and an infinite amount of flavour possibilities. Using top-quality meat from our partner farms, house ground spices, local brews and natural casings.
We love the classics and one of our core passions is as traditional as you can get — charcuterie. Today more than ever, people are paying attention to how things are made, seeking local ingredients, local producers and in turn, discovering that traditional approaches can create a much more delicious product. Our retail-sized portions will help get this traditional delicacy in the hands of consumers all across the province.
Our magical, nutrient-dense, savoury and intensely delicious broths are packed with protein and made with Canadian born, raised & grazed bones. Our broths do not contain dairy, hormones, antibiotics or any nasty, unpronounceable ingredients. The perfect base for your soup, or a cup to help cut back on your caffeine addiction.
We’ve ground our own spices and made sauces by hand for years in our butcher shop. Our friends & family have loved them all so much that we just had to share. We keep our recipes simple — just good ingredients that are close to our hearts, we hope you enjoy!
As butchers, we’re passionate about great quality meat. While jerky isn’t exactly classical charcuterie, we still prefer a traditional approach. We’ll never overly-process our food and we’ll only use 100% grass-fed AND finished Canadian beef — preferring to let the natural flavours of the beef and enhancing spices speak for themselves.
Our own Shop made a name for itself with our legendary Dry-Aged Burger. Along with that, we offer an array of beautiful burgers and dogs at several grocery stores — from purely Natural Beef to Grass Fed & Finished, from fabulous Footlong Dogs to decadent Wagyu Dogs. We’ve got it all.
