Our shop is known for a variety of products that are raised with care and processed with passion — including our house-made sausages, our incredible dry-aged beef program, and of course, our premium line of charcuterie.
And now, with our kitchen reopened, you can enjoy a dry-aged cheeseburger while you’re waiting for your ribeye steak to be butchered. Bon Appétit!
